The college offers Biotechnology Programme from Undergraduate to Doctoral Levels.

Perfumery & Cosmetology:
The institution has started a Post Graduate Diploma Course in Perfumery and Management, only of its kind 2 Years Post Graduate Diploma in the country imparting dual competencies, Technical and Managerial know-how in collaboration with ISIPCA (Institute Superieur International De Parfum), France and recognized by UGC & University of Mumbai as Innovative Programme. The course aims at providing directly employable manpower.
LABORATORY FOR ADVANCED RESEARCH IN NATURAL & SYNETHETIC CHEMISTRY
The advanced Research Laboratory in Natural & Synthetic Chemistry of Kelkar Education Trust’s V. G. Vaze College is engaged in Isolation, Structure Elucidation, Modification and Biological Evaluation of New Bioactives Molecules. The research Activities focus on Computer Aided Molecular Modelling, Synthesis and Structure Modification of Natural Molecules leading to anti-HIV, anti-Tumor, anti-Malarial Compounds.
The major achievements of Advanced Research Laboratory in Natural and Synthetic Chemistry include Development of New molecules for Various Biological Activities. The Advance Research Laboratory in Natural and synthetic Chemistry is engaged in collaborative projects with Industry and Research Laboratories.
